Returns & Exchanges

To return your purchase, please email clientservices@kurshsabir.com, with the following in the subject line: RETURN [ORDER NUMBER].

Please provide the reason for the return or exchange and photos of the garment (if applicable).

  1. We will endeavour to respond to your request within two working days.
  2. The purchase must be returned to Kursh & Sabir for an assessment before a final decision can be made. All returns and exchange delivery costs must be paid for by the client.
  3. If the purchase does not qualify for a return or exchange, we will send the purchase back to you in the packaging provided to us by you, free of charge.
  4. If your return request is approved, all refunds will be processed within 7 working days beginning the day after approval, all monies will be credited to the purchaser's original method of payment. Please keep all order receipts until you receive your refund.

If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

We do not operate a gift returns policy, or provide gift receipts for purchases.

Conditions

Items must be unused in their original condition, with all trimmings and accessories. All packaging must be included. If we have provided any complimentary gifts, they must also be returned.

We will not approve a return or exchange if the purchase is in the following condition:

  • Incomplete items as per the above.
  • Worn, including any perfume/ deodorant, odours and/ or stains, or anything else we believe has changed the original condition of the product.
  • Damaged or altered returns.
  • If a hygiene strip has been supplied on the product, the item can only be returned if the hygiene strip has not been removed or tampered with in any way.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions and does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Consumer Protection Bureau and/or Citizens Advice Bureau.
